Did you know you can check your swimmers times in a national USA data base?
This is a fun site where you can even check your swimmers rank against other
swimmers in the US. 

Scroll down a bit and click on "Age Group Motivational Stds." This is where
the time standards come from for meets like the Schroeder A+ meet.
